At Makara Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable swimwear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment has not been worn or washed.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
